“If you want to stop the trauma, you got to put brakes on the drama.”

-Marcella M. Atwater

The weekend workshops are for those seeking knowledge and insights needed to build healthy and satisfying relationships. Workshops guided by The Comfort Method, a seven-step process, promote learning in a safe and caring environment.

With the use of case studies, interactive exercises, and professional feedback, attendees learn information such as the importance of self-awareness and relationship agreements. The difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships is a major focus. Staying safe is another topic on the agenda. Participants learn about building blocks that foster healthy relationships. The value of reflection on relationships is promoted, along with an emphasis on types of relationships. While current workshops are designed for young women, women of all ages can benefit from our workshops. When workshops are not an option, coaching is another choice.
